You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and community presence. Responsibilities include proactive local outreach, client discovery sessions, and delivering clear, personalized tax guidance in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsabilités

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally and build long-term client relationships.
• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and preparation for a range of tax situations.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional service and customer satisfaction.
