Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and customer service in a friendly, community-focused environment. The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, growing the local TurboTax client base, and delivering a high-quality customer experience through our marketing and product tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license and tax preparation experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and complex filing situations.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship locations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver excellent in-person service to build long-term client relationships.
