Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as dedicated on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in‑person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering an outstanding financial‑wellness experience. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front‑facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long‑term clients; participate in local marketing efforts to make taxes accessible.
• Provide Tax Expertise: give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handle simple to complex tax situations, and conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: create a professional, empathetic experience; build trust for long‑term relationships; interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools; address inquiries and help overcome tax challenges.
