You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate tax needs with precision and care. You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while leveraging TurboTax marketing and tools.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community with marketing support.
