Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice in person, grow our local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Must reside in the U.S.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and ability to explain complex tax concepts to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax planning advice using government resources and team expertise.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and participate in local marketing efforts.
