Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized support to customers in person, helping them navigate complex tax situations.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community presence, client relationship building, and local marketing collaboration to grow the TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite availability of 20+ hours per week in a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide tax planning guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a client-focused approach.
