Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will perform hands-on tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support growth of the local client base while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes community engagement and collaboration with TurboTax marketing and product teams, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and providing clear, personalized tax

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays-Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client relationships.
