Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA or CPA license (or attorney) is preferred.
• PTIN holder required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates as needed for tax practice.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting and build local client relationships.
