Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving customers with tax expertise and full-service tax preparation. You will grow the local client base and deliver personalized tax solutions in a retail setting.

The role is non-exempt and onsite, requiring at least 20 hours per week, including Sundays. A strong licensing background and comfort with in-person service are essential for success in community-focused

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and engage with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
