Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist customers using TurboTax products, while growing your local client base and building long-term relationships.

The role is non-exempt and onsite, requiring a 20+ hour weekly commitment. You will be a key part of community engagement and marketing-driven growth, supported by competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA or CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes and state licenses as needed.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Engage with local marketing efforts and build client relationships.
