Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation services, tax advice, and software support to customers, while engaging with the local community and growing your client base.

This role is non-exempt, onsite, and requires availability across the week to meet customer demand. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll leverage marketing support and TurboTax tools to deliver accurate,

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience (federal/state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local clientele.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience and build long‑term relationships.
