Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in the local community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. You will engage the public, grow the client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing resources to deliver accurate, personalized tax solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base.
