Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice to clients in a retail setting.

You will engage with the community, grow the client base, and provide personalized tax solutions while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and local presence.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local presence and content for community as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail environment.

• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and planning.
• Use government sites and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit's tools.
• Address client inquiries and help overcome tax challenges.
