Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide complete tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships.

The role is onsite, non-exempt, requiring at least 20 hours per week, with strong emphasis on customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling a range of tax situations.
• Grow the TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist customers with tax planning and transactions.
