Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, and requires at least 20 hours per week with availability Sundays. Expect a dynamic, high-touch customer experience in a retail tax setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week, Sundays included.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
