Intuit, Inc. seeks skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to advise customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, engage with the local community, and help grow TurboTax’s client base while delivering friendly, personalized service.

This non-exempt, on-site position emphasizes local outreach, accurate tax solutions, and a best-in-class customer experience within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
