Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building relationships within your community.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, leverage marketing resources, and deliver personalized tax solutions in a friendly, face-to-face setting.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday; minimum 20 hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to build local client base and marketing presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally, serving as a public face in the community.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Use government sources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
