Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to tailor solutions for their unique financial situations. As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working a minimum of 20 hours per

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• At least 3 years in filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, building long-term relationships and trust.
