Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. The role is non-exempt, requires onsite presence, and involves representing TurboTax locally, nurturing leads, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have/obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support for clients.
• Build local client base through community engagement and marketing support.
