Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation and advice, helping clients maximize refunds while building lasting relationships in your local community. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and community engagement, with marketing support and access to TurboTax tools to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN registration as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax market.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Engage with new prospects and convert them into clients through proactive outreach.
• Participate in local marketing and help grow TurboTax’s client base.
