Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll serve as a trusted adviser, helping customers with tax prep, advice, and software support while growing the local TurboTax client base. Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, discovery sessions, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be required.
• 3+ years tax return preparation experience (30+ returns) per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language using available resources.
