Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, becoming a trusted advisor in the local community.

This on-site, non-exempt role emphasizes building relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class experience with the support of marketing resources and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid returns (30+ federal/state 1040) per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Lead local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist customers in person using TurboTax products.
