Job summary

Intuit Inc. invites motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will be a proactive community ambassador, grow TurboTax’s client base, and build long-term relationships while delivering exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite TurboTax experience.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
