Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support in person, while building client relationships and growing local presence.

As a trusted advisor, you will leverage TurboTax resources to help customers navigate complex tax needs, aiming for positive financial outcomes and community impact.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN and State licenses as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
