Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex returns with a personal touch.

You will engage with the local community to attract clients, build relationships, and grow TurboTax’s presence, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Experience with hands-on tax preparation and client-facing advisory.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax Retail locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and engage with community.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at retail locations.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Support marketing efforts and represent TurboTax in the community.
