Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will be an empowered advisor, helping clients minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and plan for future tax needs while building local relationships and leveraging marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Strong verbal/written communication.
• Entrepreneurial, local community focus, client-building mindset.
• Proficient with tax software and CRM/sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, represent TurboTax locally and grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships both in-person and via tools.

Skills

3+ years tax filing experience

Circular 230 familiarity

Onsite retail/tax experience

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
