Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced retail environment. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement, client relationship-building, and leveraging TurboTax marketing resources to expand the local client

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
