Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and a passion for helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will work on-site, provide in-person tax return preparation and advice, grow the client base locally, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through proactive outreach and personalized

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and relationship-building.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
