Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and client service in a hands-on, on-site setting. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice for in-person customers, build local relationships, and grow TurboTax’s presence with marketing support and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the local ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients meet financial goals through personalized tax guidance.
