You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, building relationships within the local community and expanding the TurboTax client base.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, requiring availability across days in a front-facing retail environment with a focus on customer experience and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions, minimise liabilities, maximise refunds, and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
