Intuit invites motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts, providing in-person tax services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to local customers while building a loyal client base and contributing to community outreach. This on-site, non-exempt role requires weekend availability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state/federal filings.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax prep and tax advice for TurboTax customers onsite.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver professional, client-focused service and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax presence and client base.
• Represent TurboTax as a trusted local advisor in the community.
