Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them optimize deductions and refunds. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while representing TurboTax in a professional retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred and required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional tax software.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and ability to provide personalized tax advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax planning for TurboTax Retail customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at a TurboTax location.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships with clients.
