Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
