Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

As a trusted community advisor, you will grow your client base, nurture long-term relationships, and represent TurboTax locally while collaborating with marketing and product teams. This is an on-site, non-exempt retail role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing multiple federal/state returns.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Offer tax advice and software/product support on-site.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
