Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will leverage tax expertise to provide comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and software support, while building a local client base and supporting community engagement. As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow TurboTax’s presence in your community, attract new clients, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a collaborative,

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law.
PTIN required to file taxes.
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
On-site at TurboTax location Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.
Willingness to build local community presence and online content.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally and in the community.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
