Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in‑person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with local clients and contributing to community growth. You will engage customers, deliver accurate tax solutions, and represent TurboTax products with professionalism in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active Tax license (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred or required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience recommended.
• Experience working in a retail, in‑person setting a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus for client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local retail locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete simple to complex tax preparations for customers.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.

Skills
