Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate tax needs and build long-term relationships in the local community. You will engage with customers onsite, represent TurboTax in the community, and work with marketing support to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
