Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to customers.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/Attorney license preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver professional tax advice and use available resources to provide accurate solutions in plain language.
• Foster a positive customer experience and help grow TurboTax’s local client base.
