Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as a year‑round Retail Expert in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, building lasting relationships with local clients while growing the TurboTax presence in your community.

You must be onsite, work 20+ hours per week, and be ready to engage customers with a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site work at TurboTax retail locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex cases.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax planning to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships in-person at a retail location.
