Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and grow a loyal client base.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver accurate results while building relationships with local customers and leveraging marketing support to expand your practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and attracting clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term relationships and guiding clients through tax scenarios.
• Work on-site at a TurboTax location, supporting clients in-person and via designated tools.
