Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, serving as a trusted local advisor and growing the client base.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to engage the community with marketing support and local outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging the local community and prospective clients.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
