Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving loyalty in the community.

Roles are non-exempt, require on-site presence, and offer growth opportunities with marketing support and benefits. Candidates should be licensed or eligible and comfortable working retail hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns and provide tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service and handle inquiries.
