Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax returns, tax advice, and software support, while growing the client base in the local community.

The role emphasizes in-person service, customer relationships, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing resources to build a thriving practice within the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required with strong tax knowledge.
• PTIN number required to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects to convert to long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations and planning.
