Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, while growing the client base through community engagement and referrals.

Ideal candidates hold active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), are comfortable in a front-facing retail environment, and can work weekends per rotation. A strong focus on customer experience and local marketing support is expected.

Qualifications

• Active tax license holders with proven preparation experience.
• Experience with TurboTax is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite, including weekends per rotation.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the local community to grow client base and loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
