Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers, fostering local relationships and driving client growth.

Candidates should have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses and PTIN, with strong tax knowledge and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers competitive benefits and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience with tax preparation software and guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
