Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base via local community engagement and marketing support from TurboTax network.
