Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base within your local community, collaborate with marketing, and help build lasting client relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Build long-term trust to turn transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and through TurboTax video tools.
