Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in a community setting.

You’ll build long‑term relationships, grow the local client base, and participate in marketing initiatives while delivering accurate tax solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community and build long‑term relationships with clients.
