Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations.

The role emphasizes community engagement, building local client relationships, and leveraging Intuit resources to expand TurboTax usage in your area.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retailer/flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize liabilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships in-person at TurboTax locations.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and provide educational tax content.
