Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help customers navigate their tax needs in a community setting.

Eligible candidates possess active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of experience filing 30+ returns. Onsite hours may vary, and a strong customer-service mindset is essential to grow local TurboTax

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimise liabilities, maximise refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, professional tools, and team expertise in clear everyday language.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust with clients in-person at TurboTax Retail locations.
